This project involved the identification of key cross-industry ‘green skills’ relating to automation, and the completion of a case for change setting out suggested changes to existing training packages to accommodate these new ‘green skills’.
Identifying the needs of the client and the final audience for the work that we produced to ensure the information was clear, concise and accurate.
Ithaca Group’s work helped to produce a case for change that was considered by the AISC. This case for change set out the areas in which training packages could be strengthened, and detailed the implications for the wider VET sector.
